Owing to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Club is conscious that supporters who have purchased tickets or hospitality packages for the matches which have been postponed are seeking information regarding refunds and fixture rescheduling.
Tickets already purchased for the postponed EFL fixtures may still be used for the rescheduled dates, which are yet to be confirmed. However, should supporters wish to apply for a refund now, please note the following applies:
(Original dates: Friday 13th March & Saturday 4th April 2020)
For match-by-match purchasers requesting a refund, we do not require you to send in your match ticket(s).
Please either contact the Ticket Office on 0203 871 0810 or email email@example.com with your refund request. To assist the Ticket Office at this busy time please ensure you include your Client Reference Number and booking details. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment to the original ticket purchaser.

Should supporters no longer wish to attend these away fixtures, the Club will be able to provide refunds.
Fans will be required to send their original ticket back to the Fulham FC Ticket Office (along with a covering note requesting a refund), as these will be returned to the host club for reconciliation purposes.

Due to staff now working remotely, regretfully there will be a delay in refunds being processed on away tickets. Our post will be checked as regularly as possible and refunds processed in due course - we thank your for your patience.
Should supporters be unable to attend any of the rearranged dates then a refund process will be announced at the time the revised fixture dates are confirmed.
For those supporters who purchased tickets paying cash, a bank transfer refund will be arranged by our accounts team. Those who paid by cash will need to provide the Ticket Office with their account number and sort code.
Due to this busy time, supporters are advised refunds can take up to ten (10) working days to appear back in your account.
During this time, Fulham FC Foundation will continue to support the local community. If you intend to request a refund, and would instead wish to donate your refund to the Foundation, you can do so by emailing the Ticket Office via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your Client Reference number. Your donation will help support the most vulnerable.
